Job Description:
To handle dispute resolution and contract-related issues. This role focuses on solving problems between clients and helpers in a professional and timely manner. Occasional sales accepted.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve disputes between employers and domestic helpers
- Review and clarify contract terms and resolve misunderstandings
- Liaise with agencies and clients to ensure smooth communication
- Assist in sales or client consultations when needed
- Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions
